2. Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid InstaPay account is required to receive payments.
• Affiliates must represent MAZCODEX professionally and uphold ethical marketing standards.

3. Enrollment Process

To apply for the MAZCODEX Affiliate Program, interested individuals should send us a message with their complete information — including full name, contact details, background, and area of expertise. Once your information is received, a MAZCODEX representative will contact you to schedule a meeting where you can learn more about the program, sign the affiliate agreement, and begin your training session.

After successfully completing your onboarding and signing the agreement, you will officially become an active MAZCODEX Affiliate and can start referring clients.

4. Referral and Commission

• Commissions are earned when a referred client completes full payment for MAZCODEX services.
• Referrals are verified manually based on client confirmation and communication records.
• Affiliates may promote MAZCODEX through direct communication, cold calls, personal networks, or meetings.

Important: Each referred client must clearly mention your name or affiliate ID during their purchase or initial contact for the commission to be recorded.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are issued at the end of each month after commission verification.
• Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD.
• Payments are processed via InstaPay only. Ensure your InstaPay account information is accurate.
• Example: Commissions earned in May are paid by June 30.

6. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following:

• Misrepresenting MAZCODEX services or offering unauthorized pricing or discounts.
• Making false claims or using deceptive sales tactics.
• Promoting MAZCODEX on illegal, adult, or offensive websites.
• Claiming to represent MAZCODEX without prior written authorization.

7. Termination

MAZCODEX reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Any unpaid or unverified commissions may be forfeited. Termination may occur for inactivity, fraudulent behavior, or violation of these Terms.

8. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of MAZCODEX. You may not act on behalf of or enter into agreements in the name of MAZCODEX.

9. Taxes and Legal Compliance

Affiliates are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or fees on commissions earned, in accordance with Egyptian law or their local jurisdiction. MAZCODEX may require identification or documentation for compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

MAZCODEX is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability of MAZCODEX shall not exceed the total amount of commissions paid to the affiliate within the past 12 months.

11. Modification of Terms

MAZCODEX reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
