About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate has proven experience running successful lead generation and conversion campaigns, specifically within the medical and tech industries. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and scaling performance-driven campaigns that deliver a measurable Return on Investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies specific to medical and tech sectors.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns for best ROI and CPA.
  • Create A/B tests for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Report weekly on campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to align visuals and messaging with campaign goals.
Requirements:

We're looking for a highly analytical and experienced buyer ready to dive into performance marketing for specialized industries.

  • 1+ years of proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success running campaigns in the medical and technology industries.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and pixel setup.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads and understanding of how paid media integrates with SEO/organic strategy.
  • Experience with medical marketing compliance (HIPAA awareness or local equivalents).
